They need to work on training the Desk Staff. During check in and check out I had to wait for the staff to get off their phones. They also do not give out free water like the other Hamptons do. The facility was nice the Breakfast Crew was very good.

The hotel was great. We stayed in room 400 for two nights. Immediately when I walked in the lobby I noticed it smelled very clean. The room was clean and spacious. The only reason I have the room rated at 4 stars was because you can hear the train come through multiple times a night and the traffic on the street. This may not be an issue if you’re on the other side of the hotel. Breakfast was your typical eggs, sausage, waffle maker, fruit and breads but it was hot and tasted as expected. Would stay here again if we are ever back in the area. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Staff was professional and very kind. The room was very clean and updated. Breakfast was good and it was located within minutes of our drop location. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This place is not for light sleepers - upstairs guests can be heard walking across the floor above and the train crossing the road blows its whistle many times through the night. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was delicious! Overall, mostly clean, but there is trash dumped outside along the property by the parking lot.

Exceptionally clean and well run hotel. The staff was always eager to help and answer any questions. The daily cleaning staff on the floor were helpful with all of our requests. The breakfast is clean, well stocked, and always fresh. We stayed here for four days and will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

This hotel has come a long way in the last few years! The pool is clean and clear, the entire property is immaculately kept, the staff are kind and courteous and the breakfast bar is perfect. I sound like an employee, for sure, but I am not. I am just one person who had a great experience here for 4 nights. Thank you

I have nothing negative to say about my stay seamless check in and check out. Room was clean and breakfast was fine. It was a perfect location for our baseball tournament. I want to give a shout out to Joshua who went above and beyond to block rooms for our team.

Wonderful stay! The staff was so friendly and accommodating — they even checked the indoor pool for us to make sure it was ready to use. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and excellent service. Highly recommend!
